Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this stage.

Returns Policy

30 Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we organise the return on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return: Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorisation and instructions.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to large or bulky items.
Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Highly recommend! It has absolutely transformed my garage! From chaos to perfection, it went up so quickly, and is easy to do yourself! The adjustability and versatility allows you to store whatever you want!

Didn’t expect to use it for this much stuff, but it handles everything. Hats, bags, jackets, random gear, it all fits without looking messy.
