PegGrid began with a simple frustration.

Over the past few years, Jacob spent his weekends outdoors, camping, exploring, and diving into new hobbies. Like many who embrace that lifestyle, his collection of gear grew quickly. But he soon realised that gear is more than just equipment, it’s personal. What you own reflects how you live.

As the collection expanded, Jacob wanted to do more than just store his gear. He wanted to display it. However, he hit a wall. Most options were either industrial storage racks or systems that required permanent drilling. For someone living in a space where drilling into the wall wasn't an option, and not particularly hands-on with DIY, there was no middle ground.

The question became clear: why isn’t there a freestanding solution that is solid, clean, and actually looks at home in a modern space?

What followed was six months of designing, prototyping, and refining. Working closely with manufacturers, the goal was to create something that felt natural in everyday living. A system that is functional and adaptable, yet visually considered.

PegGrid is the result of that journey.
