01

Product

What PegGrid is, what is included and how it expands.

What is PegGrid?

PegGrid is a freestanding modular display system for the things you care about. Start with a Main Grid, then add Extension Grids and accessories as your interests and space change.

Follow the current product page and assembly instructions for the exact configuration you buy.

What is included with a Main Grid?

A Main Grid includes the structural frame, grid panel and base components identified on its product page. Accessories are included only when they are expressly listed as part of the set or bundle you purchase; otherwise they are sold separately.

What is an Extension Grid?

An Extension Grid connects to a compatible Main Grid to make the system wider. It is not freestanding and cannot be used without a Main Grid. It does not include a Shelf; any Shelf shown as a top or roof unit in lifestyle imagery is sold separately unless the product page expressly says it is included.

Follow the current compatibility and assembly instructions for the configuration you buy.

Can I expand my PegGrid setup over time?

Yes. Add compatible Extension Grids and accessories as your space, routine or interests change. Follow the current configuration and assembly guidance when you expand.

Which accessories are compatible with PegGrid?

Use accessories identified by PegGrid as compatible with your grid and configuration. Compatibility, load guidance and any installation requirements are stated on the relevant product page or instructions.

Third-party parts have not necessarily been tested with PegGrid. Damage caused by an incompatible part may be excluded from PegGrid's voluntary warranty, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

02

Fitment

Space, compatibility, load guidance and safe use.

Is PegGrid suitable for renters?

PegGrid can be renter-friendly because the supported freestanding configuration does not require permanent wall drilling. You remain responsible for checking your lease, protecting the floor, choosing a level location and following the assembly and safety instructions for your setup.

How much space does a Main Grid need?

A Main Grid is approximately 93 cm wide, 190 cm high and 47 cm deep. Treat these as planning dimensions and confirm the current product page before ordering. Multi-grid configurations are wider, and you should allow practical clearance for assembly, access and the gear you intend to store.

Do I need to drill into a wall?

No wall drilling is required for the supported freestanding configuration. The system must still be fully assembled on a level, suitable surface and used in accordance with the current instructions.

How do I check the load limit?

Load limits are specific to the component and configuration. Do not treat an accessory rating as the capacity of the whole system. Follow the current product page and instructions, distribute loads as directed, never climb on or use PegGrid as a ladder, and contact us before use if a limit or configuration is unclear.

What safety checks should I make?

Assemble PegGrid exactly as instructed on a level, suitable surface. Confirm every supplied connection is secure, use only compatible components, keep loads within the applicable limits and periodically inspect for looseness, movement, corrosion or damage. Stop using an affected component if it appears unstable or damaged and contact PegGrid for guidance.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery, pickup, tracking and damaged orders.

Where does PegGrid deliver?

PegGrid ships Australia-wide. Delivery services and charges are determined by your postcode, the products ordered and the options shown at checkout. Free pickup from our NSW warehouse is also available when the pickup option is shown for your order.

Can I collect my order from the warehouse?

Yes. Free pickup is available from PegGrid’s warehouse at 153 Bellevue Parade, Carlton NSW 2218, Australia when the pickup option is shown for your order.

Select pickup at checkout and wait for written confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. Follow the collection time and identification requirements in that confirmation; arriving before confirmation may mean the order is not ready.

What about regional or remote delivery?

PegGrid products can be large or bulky, so service availability and charges vary by postcode. If checkout cannot provide a service, contact us for a quote before ordering. A quote is not confirmed until PegGrid accepts it in writing.

How will I receive tracking details?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact details provided with the order after dispatch or carrier allocation. Check your order details carefully and contact us promptly if they need to be corrected.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the product and packaging where safe to do so while we assess the issue. Original packaging is not a condition of a remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Are dispatch and delivery dates guaranteed?

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless PegGrid expressly agrees to a guaranteed date in writing. We will provide updates where reasonably available. If an order is not supplied within the agreed time, or otherwise within a reasonable time, contact us so the available remedy can be assessed under the order terms and applicable law.

04

Orders & Account

Order history, tracking and support.

Where can I view my orders?

Use the account icon on the PegGrid website or open Orders and sign in using the email address associated with your purchase. Orders linked to that customer account will appear in your order history.

How do I track my order?

When a carrier and tracking information are available, they are added to the relevant order or fulfilment and may also be sent to the contact details supplied with your order. Open the order in your PegGrid account to review the latest information available.

How do I get help with an existing order?

Use the contact form and include your order number and a clear description of what you need help with. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos where useful. Do not send card details or passwords.

For assembly support, visit Installation & Assembly.

05

Warranty and Returns

Warranty, returns and consumer guarantees.

What warranty does PegGrid offer?

PegGrid provides a voluntary Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty for eligible defects in specified structural components, subject to the full warranty terms. It is additional to, and does not replace, rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

Read the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty.

What does the structural warranty cover?

The voluntary warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship affecting the structural components identified in the warranty. Accessories, electronics, finishes and damage from excluded causes are not covered unless expressly stated.

What is not covered by the structural warranty?

The voluntary warranty excludes normal wear, cosmetic or finish changes, environmental corrosion, incorrect assembly, overloading, unauthorised alteration or repair, accidents, misuse, incompatible third-party parts and uses excluded by the warranty terms.

These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email contact@peggrid.com.au with proof of purchase, your order number if available, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Do not return a bulky product until PegGrid confirms the assessment or collection steps.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Approval and eligibility conditions apply, including that the item is unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to return freight and a 20% restocking fee. These conditions do not apply to a product that fails a consumer guarantee.

Read Returns & Refunds.

Who pays for return freight?

For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for approved return freight, safe packaging and a 20% restocking fee.

The 20% fee applies only to PegGrid's voluntary change-of-mind policy. It does not apply where a product fails a consumer guarantee. For a faulty product, return responsibility depends on the product and circumstances. PegGrid must collect, or pay the reasonable cost of returning, a confirmed faulty product that is large, heavy or difficult to remove. Reasonable documented return costs already paid must be reimbursed when the product is confirmed to have a problem.

What remedies apply to faulty products under Australian Consumer Law?

Consumer guarantees apply independently of PegGrid's voluntary warranty. For a major failure, a consumer may choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a non-major failure, PegGrid may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. The remedy always depends on the circumstances and the law.

06

Payment

Payment options, GST and pre-orders.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available methods appear at checkout and may include major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay, depending on your device and order. Use only the methods shown at checkout.

Is GST included in the listed price?

Prices displayed to Australian customers are inclusive of GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery and other order-specific charges, if applicable, are shown before you complete checkout.

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-order product page will state the expected availability or dispatch estimate before purchase. Estimates can change. If a material delay occurs, PegGrid will provide an update and the options available under the order terms and applicable law.

07

Wholesale & Trade

Project support, quotes and trade limits.

Who is trade and project support for?

Trade and project support is for approved businesses specifying PegGrid for their own premises, projects or client spaces, including studios, gyms, hospitality venues, creative teams and commercial fit-outs.

How do I request a trade or project quote?

Use the Trade Enquiry form and provide your business, space, timeline, intended configuration and requirements. Pricing, scope, supply terms, lead times and freight are confirmed in PegGrid's written quote.

Can I buy for resale or distribution?

Not under standard trade pricing. Trade approval does not grant resale, distribution, agency, territory, exclusivity or intellectual-property rights. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by PegGrid.

08

Anything Else

International interest, policies and contact.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. PegGrid delivers within Australia only unless PegGrid has accepted a specific written international quote. You can register your region and product interest through the International Interest form. Registering interest is not an offer, order or promise that delivery will become available.

Who operates PegGrid and where is it based?

PegGrid is a registered business name of WILD IN AU PTY LTD (ABN 53 686 277 850), an Australian company based at 153 Bellevue Parade, Carlton NSW 2218, Australia.

How can I contact PegGrid?

Use the contact form, email contact@peggrid.com.au. Include your order number where relevant, but do not send card details or passwords.

Where can I read the full policies?

See Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

If a short FAQ differs from a full policy, the full policy applies to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in either limits rights that cannot be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
