PegGrid is designed to be freestanding when correctly assembled and used on a firm, flat and level surface.
For best stability, position heavier items on the base and lower sections. Do not climb, stand, sit or hang on PegGrid, and do not place a television on the system.
CAUTION: Heavy product
Use appropriate lifting assistance. Fully assemble and secure all connections before loading. Do not move PegGrid while loaded or fully assembled. Always follow the specified load limits and safety instructions.

Matte Black uses a powder-coated finish. Wood Grain is a printed finish over steel and is not natural timber.

Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasives, harsh solvents and metal polish.
Protection
Avoid prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Inspect connections regularly and stop using any damaged, loose or unstable component.

Delivery
Australia-wide delivery is available where carrier service permits. Cost and availability are confirmed at checkout. The usual 5–7 business-day timeframe after dispatch is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Tracking & pickup
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Warehouse pickup is available only after written confirmation that your order is ready.
Change of mind
Request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete and resaleable. Approval is required before return. Approved return freight, safe packaging and the 20% restocking fee apply only to change-of-mind returns.
Consumer guarantees
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products are handled under Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind conditions and the restocking fee do not limit non-excludable rights.
