• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this stage.

Returns Policy

• 30 Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
• Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we organise the return on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to large or bulky items.
